How it Works

If you are an existing customer, when you open a support ticket one of our team members will review your ticket, contact you if you've requested a call, and in most cases just take care of the items contained within your ticket.  You will receive a status update when the work is completed. 

If you do not have a maintenance package with us, or if you're a new customer, we will contact you via email for authorization to complete the work. If you would like help with WordPress, including plugins, we will get right back to you.
